Happy Birthday Pisces...

Expect to witness big changes, if not with you, around you.

Three of the five major planets will move into new signs. One of the planet, Jupiter changed signs in January, Uranus will leave your sign during March, and Neptune will be entering your sign April 2011. As there are only 5 big planets and three of them are on the move, the deduction and implication is that “life” will be transforming. Indeed it will!

I will discuss each planet individually. Do remember in this discussion, I do not have your birth time therefore, I do not have all your vital information. This is not a total “next year” horoscope. Print outs give conflicting messages as generally they are done part by part and not integrated. If you know your rising sign and moon sign, you can read the next year for each of those signs and get a fuller indication of your next year. The best interpretation of course is through the eyes of a skilled astrologer.

I seek here to give you an idea of the general energies heading your way.

Jupiter left your sign in January when it moved into the sign Aries. This planet is associated with good luck and extremes. Jupiter is usually in the neighborhood when people gain suddenly a lot of weight, or spend a lot of money.
I often give Jupiter the nickname of the” planet of Good and Plenty”...like the candies.

Remember the candies? They are mainly pink and white. Every so often a black one appears. In my mind black represents difficult. Every so often, a problem occurs at the beginning of or during a Jupiter transit. The purpose of this problem is to clear out issues or situations, in order to receive better. Sometimes in our lives we need to make spaces to allow for new experiences. Jupiter encourages us to walk away from what does not serve us, allowing the planet of Good and Plenty to drop some pink and white candies...…

Often when Jupiter is your sign, there is personal expansion in your life, a new cycle begins, You personally know what happened last year. Jupiter was in your first house, if I do a Solar chart.

When I visualize Jupiter in your second house, I see a train with lots of money running into a train station and out the train station! The operative words are in and out. Pay raises and extra funds are likely. With more money, there is a tendency to spend more. Be careful you could get yourself into trouble. Spending seems to escalate. If you can, sit on this trend. Come on, use some self -discipline. Also don’t assume a check cleared until it does...

In June, Jupiter will move into Taurus. You will see a difference in your immediate daily life. Jupiter in this house adds to your optimism, and allows much more smiling and happiness. The house, where Jupiter will take up residence represents siblings and neighbors, your neighborhood, cars, computer and the ability to communicate.

With this planet there,not only are you bound to be happier but also far more extroverted. You will be more available, expressing feelings readily. Use care with certain intense feelings. The combo of anger and Jupiter could cause an accident. Often people go over a scenario over and over in their minds(think Groundhog Day) as they attempt to work through a difficult situation. Being distracted in this manner is a recipe for an accident.

Bad relationships, let’s say with a neighbor or brother or sister could finally heal now. Just remain open to that possibility. For more information look to the week surrounding August 30 and Dec. 25, 2011. In the period from August 30 through Dec 25 2011, Jupiter will be retrograde. You will have another chance to lasso in what might have slipped through your fingers in the months before.

Following on the heels of Jupiter is the planet, Uranus. I call this planet “the Jack in the Box” planet. You never know what is going to pop when Uranus is active in your chart... I often say to a client: you can expect surprises and the unexpected. I key into the areas possible.
The client says: so, what will happen? I return with: how can an event be a surprise if you know what is going to happen?

Do not fret over Uranus. It never delivers anything you cannot deal with. Often it drops wonderful events in your lap as well. The very nature of this planet of the unanticipated event, situation or insight reminds us certain key principles. One can never control anything but our self. Be grateful for the status quo but know as shoes no longer fit a child whose feet are growing, not does the status quo always fit a human being who must transform in order to live well.

Did you have a reaction to that statement... who must transform to live well? What was it? Look at that reaction. Is it fear? Is it happiness? What?

When Uranus is steaming down your path, it will make you aware of what is no longer functional in your life. The smart individual will release the issue or situation with grace. Those who hold on and cling to what was could have a very difficult time with a Uranus transit.

All of you, everyone of you, every Pisces as of March 11, 2011 have experienced a major Uranian transit - Uranus to your sun. With the exception of children under 7, and then you probably are not reading this! The sun is for a man - his very being. For a woman, it represents the men her life, Daddy, boyfriend husband - at least what she needs on a deep level. For both sexes, the sun represents career.

Sit back in your chair, and think of the last seven years. When did you have challenges in that area of your life? What happened? What was your immediate reaction? What did you release as a result? It could even have been a way of looking at life. Today, do you see gains from the Uranian transit of Pisces? Do you think you will?

Understanding the past is the key to the present.

Uranus in Aries, a fire sign will work differently. Like lightening bolts. Depending where Aries is in your chart, what house it rules, you will feel its kick. I see visually Uranus in Aries like a Taser putting out electrical shocks.

Do not assume even if this image could be scary to you that this is a bad event. I have noted how many times, clients say: well is it bad or good. Good and bad are value judgments. What you think is bad, I might think is a hoot. What you think is good, I might experience as a drag. That is what I mean, those words reflect an internal page, and one that might not be relevant.

Uranus does not use words, it enlightens, it eliminates the frivolous, the staid, and the unnecessary. It also presents long dreamt of opportunities which you never thought could happen. On a chart, using only your sun sign, this electric energy will manifest in what is “traditionally” called your house of money. ..In reality, this house carries a lot more symbolism. It is also our assets which go past the material world. Our talents, what we bring into the world.

What is for sure, Uranus in Pisces changed you in some fundamental way. Now your choices even as far clothing or furniture will reflect a new you. I watched someone under this is exact setup who tossed everything they owned when Uranus hit their second house. All they could do is smile. They felt free and they were in a sense. They were no longer encumbered by things. The choices made at that point were fascinating.

I doubt all of you will act out on Uranus in such a manner, and it might not be appropriate. Uranus will let you know through its softer impulses what its message is for you. Uranus also can be a lottery win or an unexpected inheritance. It does not need to be a problem. Simply be aware of what is happening around you. That is all.

This planet takes 7 years to wander through a sign. You will be working with this energy for awhile. It is only those born at the very beginning of the sign or who have planets in early degrees who will feel it this year. July 9, 2011, the Jack in the Box planet retrogrades. If there is a message for you, look at the weeks that surround this date and the same for when Uranus goes direct on Dec. 9, 2011.

Last but not least of the big three is the planet Neptune.
Yes, that is your ruling planet and yes, it is significant.

Neptune will change signs on April 4, 2011 to return to Aquarius, August 5, 2011. The planet of spirituality, illusions and deceptions will kiss your sign this year. What does that mean ?

I assure you the experience of having Neptune in your sign is a once in a lifetime event and it does not occur in all lifetimes. Neptune stirs the waters in each sign, bringing forth it full capacity and voice in matters of that Neptune rules. However it is a slow moving planet. It takes Neptune 165 years to travel through the signs and houses!

Neptune being in its home sign Pisces is a respite for the planet. All of you, every Pisces is a messenger of this planet which rules you. You might, knowing this- want to reread this planet’s natural inclinations.

Pisces of all signs might have an easier time with Neptune. Whatever negative or positive Pusan traits you could have as exhibited by the planet will become much clearer.
I am simply going to list words or phrases that reflect this planet’s energy. Some of them might ring a bell. If so, stop and listen.

Osmosis: picking up “things” by just being present, dreams, illusions, creativity, imagination, feeling inspired, a spiritual touching with a higher power, religious, psychic, dream-like, living illusions, wearing rose colored glasses, drugs, addictions, deceptive people, odd or confusing events, unusual self-expressions, empathy, wanting to be of service, nursing, doctor, minister, healer, water, the sea, confusion.

These associations in some form might have validity to you. They all involve the planet Neptune.

If born at the beginning of Pisces, your sun will be touched by this planet... which is career, you as a man, or the man you choose, your husband, boyfriend your father. You might witness changes involving the sun and its associations.

You could get your dream job. You might lose your job because as much as you tried to not feel negativity, you did not like it, or there was backstabbing. You are being liberated and given the freedom of a new, maybe better job. If you are a man, you could have an identity crisis, or be confused by your own actions and choices. A woman might be saying: “whoa”, as she looks at the men in her life. She too might be questioning her career choices.

What you see in the brief period that Neptune will be in Pisces is a preview. Look at the weeks surrounding June 3, 2011 for indications, especially if born at the beginning of the sign. It will be but a brief visit of your sign.

Consider the three above mentioned planets and the impact they might make in your life, or are making. No, it will not be the" same old, the same old".

Neptune will back into Aquarius in August, Some of you might need some quiet downtime after what you have just experienced!

The remaining “big" planets are Saturn and Pluto. When I say big,-I refer to impact.

Saturn continues its transit of Libra. According to many Libras , it has been way too long in their sign! You might not be a Libra, but you might feel a bit out of sorts if born around March 5 through March 17 this year. You could feel tired, depressed and/or have teeth or bone problems.

This transit impacts your joint finances, that is finances involving other people. Spouse’s income, IRS, the casino. You might want to be very careful with details right now. Avoid if possible any risks.

This transit also reflects “the goods” of a marriage or union. Saturn impacts what is given to you spiritually and emotionally from your significant other. Saturn is a tight planet not especially emotional. This period could reflect a comparatively cold period to what you have known. You are redefining your bond. Some astrologers say it is a divorce transit. It does not have to be. You are in control here. Most likely you will grow closer once more. It is but a phase in a marriage,.

You might find negotiating some of the details of the relationship, difficult and exhausting, Sometimes you feel as if the other person in question is not making a real effort. There could be a tightness around certain issues, be it spending, joint finances or even sex. In the area of conflict or differences, you will tend to be the more open or dynamic person.

This is a passage. Remember that. The personal message of this planet to you could emerge in the weeks around June 12, 2011.

The other transit of significance is Pluto in Capricorn which is traveling your eleventh house; this area rules friends, goals and the fulfillment of those goals and desires. Pluto reflects the legend of the dying Phoenix. Many of you might know the story. The bird crashes and burns and only to come back to life, even better. The legend is far more poetic than this one sentence description.

We do not often stop and look at our long term goals. We simply know what they are.
The fact is they change as we change.

What happens if we review our goals, often there is a discovery that this desire or that goal is no longer of interest. It is important to revise then as you might be on an inappropriate path, also with this transit, our friendships change. Some friends might not be as interesting or for whatever reason, some friends could be unavailable. New friends (who might not be anything like our past friends) walk into our life. Our new friendships might be more rewarding and demand more depth. They reflect the space we are in at present. Having Pluto in this house is far more easy than other houses. Key weeks with this transit surround the following dates: April 9 and September 16, 2011. It will impact all Pisces born in February and the first few days of March.

The birthday period of 2011 to 2012 allows you to demonstrate your internal transformation of the last few years. Your actions will reflect the changed person inside.
