Part 2: Understanding Your Mars

As I mentioned in the past blog, though Mars has gone direct, does not mean the issues over anger will vanish. It is still prime time for working on them. In fact, it will be easier with Mars direct. You have an excellent period in the next two months to do this work.

First, you must locate your Mars in your chart. If you have a list of planets Mars will be there. See what sign it is in. The sign will flavor the nature of your self-expression when dealing with hot feelings. Do not worry yet about other planets. We are simply looking at your Mars. Now as you look at this planet note if it is in exact opposition or conjunction with any other natal planet(orb 4 degrees). You might also want to read up on the nature of the planet. If it conjuncts your mars it adds that flavor. Later I will explain the other aspects. but we are dealing with the most powerful ones.

The sign your Mars is in is also your Achilles heel. Where you might have problems or surgery. Often when we get angry, we manifest it physically. Look at the sign your Mars is in. What part of the body does that sign rule? Mars is Taurus-gets sore throats when angry!

Now look to the house your Mars is in. That is how and where you can express your anger-or least what area of your life it impacts.
